Two significant political personalities passed away recently - former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and former Alberta Premier Ralph Klein. Both were lions of the low tax, small government movement - Premier Klein even receiving a Taxfighter Award from the Canadian Taxpayers Federation.  CTF President and CEO Troy Lanigan, who met both Premier Klein and Lady Thatcher, joins B.C.
