ISWAP, an organization for Part-121 women airline pilots, welcomes new members to join in the camaraderie of their group with a conference that convenes annually. Meeting destinations alternate between a U.S. location and an international location. In addition to fun activities and professional sharing, the group uses this event as a fundraiser for their amazing scholarship fund.
