Pastor Gary looks at Exodus and the story of Jethro and Moses in this sermon. When Moses brought the Israelites out of Egypt he was the one that everyone came to for everything. Jethro understood that Moses would not be able to keep up with everything and offered some advice to spread out the work so that no one gets overwhelmed and everyone is happy. This is where we are as a Church today. Coming to service and worshipping on Sunday is only part of what God wants from us. He want's us to use our talents to serve Him everyday.
