Greetings, SuperFriends! Today we are going to be talking about quarantine, social distancing, and being stuck at home. I wanted to do this special episode and move around all the other episodes we have scheduled, because as it so happens, a very dear friend of mine is one of the world's top experts on how to work out in not-so-ideal conditions. His name is Tee Major, and he's been on the show a couple of times before. Tee has written a book called Urban Calisthenics, which talks about how you can maintain peak physical fitness even in urban, cramped apartments, without any weights and gear. More importantly, he developed this experience over years of working with every single branch of the US military and Special Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.
