Did you know it now only takes 2 minutes to make popcorn. I don't know why I brought that up. It's probably because I've only had a grilled cheese sandwich today and I guess I'm hungry. It's amazing though in roughly 2 minutes I can enjoy some hot buttery popcorn. I'm just old enough to remember it use to take 3 1/2 minutes, and you use to have to stand by the microwave and listen for it to stop popping or it would burn. I can remember many a day at the office when the smell of burnt popcorn wafted down the hallways. Luckily those days are gone now that popcorn technology gotten us to 2 minutes.
