Radio Free Winnipeg

Every February CKUW has its annual funding drive know as Fundrive.Fundrive runs from February the 9th to February the 16th. Radio Free Winnipeg's Fundrive show is on February the 11th 8-9pm. Fundrive is where we ask listeners to pledge money to the station. This money makes up a significant portion of CKUW's budget (about a quarter) and allows CKUW to continue to broadcast. Supporting CKUW is a great way to support Radio Free Winnipeg as without CKUW we would not have the tools to produce the show. Campus and Community radio is also a key part of building an alternative media network.
