Congratulations to winners of the 2015 Emergency Care Innovation of the Year Award, the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center! Their Mobile Health Paramedic program focuses on patient needs in the community and works to keep patients in their home, rather than at unnecessary ED or clinic visits.
