Bonnie-Jill Laflin was the first ever female scout in the NBA. She worked with the Lakers, scouting for them for ten years. She's also been seen on the sidelines cheerleading for the 49ers and Cowboys. Bonnie-Jill talks with with Tim about what its like being a successful female in the sports industry. She tells us all about the challenges and how rewarding it is. Bonnie also talks to us about her affinity for the military and animal activism.
