Meditation is generally considered a safe activity, it is mainly a practice in deep stillness, breathing and presence. We meditate when we zone out of consciousness, even when going from A-B without conscious thought. This is much like a state of Trance. This meditation is a practise to help you find more peace and clarity and with regular Practise you may find you are able to deepen and make more purposeful your meditation practises. If you have a history of mental illness, then please consult with your health care provider before learning meditation.
