Welcome to Episode 14 of the FeustelFIT Health & Fitness Podcast. In this episode I speak to the lovely Dr Nina, who shares her experience of having an Eating Disorder as a young child. We talk about Body Image, why some people chose to stay fat and why diets don't work. She is a Psychoanalyst who's passion is people and the deeper layers than just food. She says she can transform your relationship to food (without actually talking about food). Nina's ideas are a little different to most of my guests who talk about recovery in the non therapy way, however Nina has lots of experience in her field of work and I am certainly open to ideas.
