Recorded on the beach, 1st December 2020. 2020 has forced us to reexamine our relationship with a lot of things so expect swirls on topics including work worth + value productivity rest feeling enough guilt consumerism freedom inequality social media how we're in relationship with people + things etc. + questions like: how are we in relationship with work? how are we in relationship with ourselves? how do we feel enough? what do we value? what do we need? what are the non negotiables? how are we consuming? what is it we’re actually doing? - i’m more interested in that question as opposed to actually labelling something so that i can sell something and package it up (more here https://dionne.space/about ) hbu? and the crux: how can we live our lives with less tension? share your thoughts on any or all of the above via a swirl below! xx ps there’s a bit of wind early on but it eases off!
