Today's episode is a short, but hopefully effective one, and is for those of you who know what it is to occupy this weird space between holding grief and seeking joy. It’s in reference to recent news events but also addressing the times we live in, when news, newsfeeds and difficult stuff can feel so overwhelming that it can be hard to know what to do and how to get back to yourself so you can be most useful. I don’t know about you but when i hear about something horrific or witness terrible things in the news, it puts me in this weird state of hyper anxiety and numbness. It's hard to do anything at all. So i’m sharing 5 things that help me come back to my centre when occupying so many spaces and carrying so many feelings simultaneously.
