Show Summary:  We catch up with Lex Gillette, a four-time Paralympian with numerous awards. Lex is competing and training 5 days a week and has his vision set on Tokyo Japan in 2020. Joining us in the studio is Mitch Smedley, an inspiring young athlete who is headed out to Colorado Springs for the Emerging Stars Camp.
