Delegation is hard. It requires letting go of perfectionism and stepping out of your comfort zone. It requires developing new skills and tackling the possible feeling of inadequacy, fear of failure and forgoing the gratification upon leaving the comfort zone tasks behind. Delegation is necessary, as growth is not possible without it. There are only so many hours in the day and you can undertake new project only in place of tasks foregone.
