Natasha Helfer is a Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT); a Clinical Fellow through the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT); a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist; and was, until recently, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
