I wanted to show up in all areas of my life – from my work to my health to my friends and family, to myself. Today I thought I’d give you a bit of a behind-the-scenes look at how that’s going and what’s been getting in the way. My goal with this episode isn’t to make it all about me, but rather use my progress as an example to speak to how hard it can be for many of us to show up and be seen.
