Thank you Lindsay Milano for joining me on the Health in the Real World Podcast today.  Lindsay is a strength coach in Ohio. She has worked in a therapy clinic working with their fitness program. She started with Isagenix 3 years ago.   One of the most important things someone can do to get healthy is to start small. Big changes aren't manageable long term, so you really should start small.  If you fall off the wagon, just say, "Oh my gosh I had a bad meal today,” and then get back on the wagon. You won't be perfect, just aim for progress over the long term. Plan your cheat days. Getting healthy is NOT about restricting yourself.   It’s important to do something you can manage until it's a habit. Don't compare yourself to others Stay off social media Stay in your “lane” Always go back to your “why” Use the seven layer why. Keep asking “why” seven times until you get to the really deep and emotional reason why you’re doing this. You can even leave notes everywhere with your why to remind yo
