Friends. There is always going to be that one thing that is extra hard to say no to. Your mom's cookies. Happy Hour with your best friend. Staying home to watch your favorite show instead of going to the Studio for a workout. And those things are okay, as an occasion but not as the norm. That's the whole point of the challenge, right?
