In the 25th episode I interview Allison of Barefoot and Fit.  She comes from the cold north of Saskatchewan. Her exercise of choice is running and she has completed two half-marathons.  She also was recently diagnosed with Graves Disease and has been fighting back to normalcy over the last few months.  She specializes in fitness for beginners and weight loss for women.
