Marriage is a sacred, beautiful commitment that honestly has been almost completely trashed by our quick fix, quick pleasure society. Marriage back in the day was a contract between families for power or strength or financial gain. Then an idea of marriage arose that it was like a fairytale, magic, and perfect... something to complete you. But what is marriage actually? Should someone get married? Should someone not get married? This is my take after 7 years of marriage and a crazy divorce + 5 years dating/single learning. I hope it makes you think. Makes you recommit if you are married. Makes you question if you are thinking about it. Makes you understand what I believe marriage is today and will continue to evolve into tomorrow. With love...
