Navigating The Modern World is a place to come to get new perspective on ALL THINGS LIFE. Nothing is off limits and all are welcome! This one is a tough one for me... it is blatantly honest about how my thoughts can spiral into the most absurd. It is super vulnerable and I hope it blesses someone to be more gentle with themselves when their thoughts are not gentle at all.
