Sinopsis

In this episode, Marquette University’s Dean of Admissions, Brian Troyer discusses recruitment, demographics, and revamping campus. The private university hired him in 2016, and in this episode, we will ask him what he actually does as the Dean of Admissions. He will respond to what Marquette does differently than the two other public institutions that he previously worked at. He will explain if he brought anything new into Marquette’s admissions department. He will also share his point of view on the changing of campus, and why he enjoys it so much. Now we will bring up the idea of demographic changes, and how much it can be a problem here at Marquette.
