Barry Schwartz gave one of the most viewed TED Talks of all time called the Paradox Of Choice. It’s been viewed more than 8 million times. More recently, Barry has been focused on talking about why work is broken. He literally wrote the book on purpose in work with his book, “Why We Work.” And why do we work? Do you ever think about that question? Barry does. A lot.
