  We brought in an expert this week to discuss how you can build a powerfully effective YouTube channel. Shane Luis is the creator of ReRez, a YouTube channel that features the newest, strangest and most unique gaming topics. He offers reviews of unheard-of games and consoles, as well as a series called "Positives" where he finds the silver lining to terrible games. Today he's built the channel up to over 65,000 subscribers with almost 200 videos uploaded, his most popular earning over 1 million views.
