Episode 4 introduces Reiki energy healing, particularly as it relates to healing for the inner child. Kim interviews Mary Sotelo, a Reiki Master in San Diego, CA. Mary discusses all of the numerous ways Reiki can be integrated into daily life. She goes on to discuss how she uses Reiki to assist in healing childhood wounds, by helping clients connect with their inner child. Mary's passion lies in supporting others in the transformational process of discovering their unique inner healers and spiritual paths. She studied with her own Reiki Master Teacher, Marie Neumeier Rientord, for 22 years. Today, Mary teaches Reiki at holistic health colleges, facilitates Reiki classes and retreats, and provides Reiki to individual clients. She has a Masters in Counseling, is certified in teaching Transformational Breath, and has studied Healing Touch, Educational Kinesiology, Guided Imagery, and the art of Spiritual Direction.
