18-minute Enlightenment

A wide-ranging consideration of Compassion, including mentions of psychology, charity, religion, and how these impact and inform. Seeing self in everything and intending to love all parts of self compassionately is considered from a variety of standpoints. Being able to see others with full compassion is predicated on seeing everyone as self. We are held prisoner by our own judgements and illusions and these are referenced as teaching aides which help us in our evolution toward being fully compassionate and open to self, other humans and All of life.
