Introvert/extrovert

There is on old saying describing a person with general knowledge as "a Jack of all Trades but a Master of None." Al and Johnny talk about the extrovert tendency towards being a Jack of all Trades and the introvert tendency towards the Master of one trade. They also talk about finding a middle ground and the strength and weaknesses of each tendency.
