Today we welcome comedy legend, Vicki Lawrence, back on the show. Vicki is best known for her iconic characters on Mama’s Family and The Carol Burnett Show, and she recently co-starred in “The Cool Kids” on Fox. Now she’s using her voice to share her personal experience with chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU). She is partnering with the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America on their national education and awareness program called “CIU & You”.   Most people haven’t heard of CIU, but it affects approximately 1.6 million people in the United States. Vicki talks about her experience dealing with this extremely uncomfortable feeling in their skin. Vicki spent 6 weeks dealing with hives and having discomfort but not understanding what was going on with her body.
