Catching Z's: The Millennials Guide To Mindfulness

Adam started his company, Wuf Shanti, when he was 9 years old after his grandfather Jack had passed away and they wanted to do something to honor his kind and compassionate spirit and carry on the mantras that he lived out.  Since then, Adam (with the help of his mom) has written 7 books and has expanded Wuf Shanti to elementary schools and children's hospitals throughout the country!  He even recently had the Mindful Kids Peace Summit for teenagekids where they tackled topics like Diversity, Kindness and Anti-Bullying, Tools for Kids to De-Stress and Cope with Emotions, and even Social Emotional Learning!  We talk about all of the wonderful things he is doing and about what it is like being a teenager that is born with so much technology around them.  Adam had amazingly thoughtful responses to everything and I had a great time getting to know him!    Wuf Shanti Mindful Kids Peace Summit Wuf Shanti Facebook Wuf Shanti Instagram Wuf Shanti Twitter
