Its like being asked if you’re cold, you weren’t cold before but now that’s it’s in your head you start to wonder. Thousands and thousands of books are written each year with happiness in the title. Happiness is on peoples minds. Are so many adults struggling with the concept of happiness because they weren't taught how to be happy as a child? Is happiness something we can teach? Is happiness already being taught? Or maybe pure happiness - joy - is something we’re born with.
