Synopsis Ne-Ray launches Palmer Tech’s latest app at PalmerX 2019, designed to report monster sightings and sign over the user’s soul to the demon Neron. He uses Mona to showcase that monsters are real so people will download his app. In the end, 2,000 downloads just isn’t enough, so he plots to unleash magical creatures on the Capitol and cause enough of a panic to spike downloads and claim souls.
