Late last year I went to meet Peverel Manners, son of co-founders Lord John and Lady Mary and the man at the helm of one of the most respected drinks brands in the country, Belvoir Fruit Farms.  Presiding over a fast-fail product launch culture, a brand new factory and a drive towards export-led growth against a backdrop of impending sugar taxes, ever evolving consumer tastes and cheaper competition, Peverel has plenty to keep him occupied.
