We've all said it. At one time or another, we've all looked at a fellow employee and said we could do it better. We said we could be a better employer, a better manager or a better boss. Usually, that comes out of a time of frustration. What we're not considering is that there is most likely a lot more to the story than what we see. It's not easy being the boss or the employer.
