The Waverider is stuck in the Shadowlands along with Courtney, Cindy and Dr. McNider. Eclipso takes the people he has put into the Shadowlands and those who enter on their own and breaks them. He draws energy from their hate, fear, and sadness. Cindy has to face her father who wants to make her like him. She also has to relive killing her mother and the sadness and guilt that causes. Court is seeing all the people she let down the Zarick & Bowman families, Yoland and Rick. Only thanks to Charles and Cindy can she get though this.
