Its petition for the President to impose import duties on certain solar photovoltaic cells and modules created market uncertainty, galvanized the vast majority of the solar industry in opposition to the petition, and left everyone wondering--as usual--what the President would decide.  Today, the President issued his decision, bringing the long guessing game to an end.
