Dr. Barbara P. “Barb” Glenn is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture. Barb is a scientist with decades of experience as a policy researcher and advocate for agriculture. NASDA represents the Commissioners, Secretaries, and Directors of the state departments of agriculture in all fifty states and four U.S. territories.
