Garda Caroline Hayes - Community Garda Slot.........................Chef Karl Moore - Karls Kitchen Flavours, (A big CONGRATULATIONS to Karl and his wife on the Birth of their new baby boy Daniel !! from everyone here at Dundalk FM 100) Karl came in today to cook some Italian dishes for us LIVE on the show !! Karl cooked up some delicious deep fried stuffed Olives in breadcrumbs, everyone enjoyed these and then it was quickly on to Karls next dish, Potatoe Nockie with Sage Butter ! these little potatoe dumplings went down a treat and we can't wait to get Karl back in for more Karls Kitchen Flavours in two weeks time....................Thanks also to local singer/songwriter Christy Cooney for coming in for a chat and a couple of LIVE songs to finish of the show.
