Today's episode of the GPP features a young buck but an old friend of the Gifted Performance family, Joe Wachs [@joewachs] Joe has been a client of Cam's for coming up on an...eternity? Over the last few years, Joe and Cam have attempted to diet down for a number of shows but for one reason or another, things fell through. We brought Joe on the podcast to talk about how this year is going to be different. Now at the head of a budding apparel brand @wachswear and ramping up his own coaching business @wachsathletics, Joe is ready to see this one through and turn heads.
