Living Out Loud

So I grow up in church like deeper life and Catholic. As a young adult who devoted myself to religion. I had always wanted why one needed to say to a God who was about love that you're not worthy of their mercy, love or presence. The continuous self hate and tear down that needed to be done in worship to this god was disturbing to me.
