Episode 52 marks the end of the first year of the podcast. 52 weeks, 52 episodes, more than 60 guests and countless hours of audio. It’s been a fantastic experience for more than one reason. Thank you to everyone who has supported in one way or another. This wouldn’t be anything without you.   For episode 52 I am away with family. This episode was recorded a few weeks ago with Simon Parker, head coach of the Southampton Women’s Football Club. We talk about Simon’s journey to being the manager, his philosophy on managing the club, the struggles associated with earning promotion in two straight season and fighting for the league lead, and we take some questions from his players (which he didn’t know was happening).
