One thing to know Is you are worth more than you think, you have to feel very worthy. Despite what someone may said to you the past or said about it has nothing to do with you but a lot to do with them. A lot of people will only remember the bad things about you they are not going to remember the turning point and tremendous things you are doing that are constantly helping you evolve and become better.
