His hatred of Cordoba and this whole freakin' reality has reached a boiling point. He wants to grab the world and shake it like a snowglobe, destroying everything, but every time he tries to express his anger something gets in his way. He's given this thing a name: it's called "Reggie." Just now it happened again. Frank screamed in frustration, and the sky shattered in response. Chaos ensues. Panic everywhere. "That's right," thinks Frank. He then gathers up his Will and issues a psychic command: "Bring me Reggie," he says. He then heads into a Stop-n-Gulp, where he Lucid Dreams a lucrative transaction for a candy bar and some caffix. Then he heads toward Somnambula headquarters - gathering up an army of giant insects along the way - to await Reggie's arrival.
