Numerous Bible verses talk about how God cares for the poor and needy. One example is from today's bible verse. When lending to God, we invest in something far greater than ourselves. We are investing in the kingdom of God, and we can trust Him to use our money for His purposes. He will provide for us according to His promises, and we can be confident that He will bless us for our faithfulness. There is no question that humans were created to be kind and compassionate.
