Kevin starts the episode by discussing the recent rule changes that were announced for the Minor Leagues. The changes include bigger bases, limited pick off attempts, pitch clocks, and limited shifts.<br /><br />Kevin then gives his own suggestions for rules that baseball can implement such as a home run derby after 10 innings, and starting pitchers must go at least 5 innings. <br /><br />Kevin wraps up the show giving his realistic expectations for every team this season.
