Jack starts things off in the episode with a recap and rundown of any of the latest news in the MLB but also the latest from Spring Training as well. Afterwards, he gets into discussing what the Mets should do in the next 1-2 years with numerous star players up for either free agency or arbitration. After the second segment, Jack gets into which teams have a huge make or break season ahead of them, and which ball clubs need to have good years to convince certain star players to stick around on those teams.
