This is a podcast about the life of Prof Zena Stein. She was an anti apartheid activist, an epidemiologists, and a public health person who contributed tremendously to all these domains. The March issue of AJPH is about "Achieving Health Equity". Zena Stein dedicated her life to this goal. I talk about her legacy with Prof Quarraisha Abdool Karim (CAPRISA)and Mitchell Warren (AVAC).
