My list was packed with all the necessities for surviving a global pandemic–at least all the necessities for one who emotionally eats.  When the governor of Ohio announced that he was closing all non-essential businesses, my first thought was: Oh no! Do we have enough food? I did a mental scan of our fridge and our pantry, wondering if we had enough to make it through a couple of weeks, if not longer, under lockdown.
