Elaine and Sarah chat further about success and the culture of “not getting too big for your boots” when that success does come and how this is more towards women. We talk about the extensive talent of Scottish women who are not being seen and how this needs to be called out more and these performers should be given their space in this industry as well as talking about making sure we are making room at the table for everyone. SARAH MIELE Sarah Miele is an award-winning actor, theatre maker, voice over artist and drama facilitator based in Glasgow. She has worked in theatre across the UK, as well as in screen, radio and voice over. Career highlights include performing in London’s West End in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and winning a BAFTA Scotland New Talent Award.
