Fear fortifies the person's ability to be quiet and distracted, but faith gives us the ability to focus and think clearly. Fear is a powerful tool for controlling our thoughts and actions. The more we use fear, the stronger it becomes. Fear can be used as a weapon against us or an excuse to avoid doing great things. Jesus went out to meet the disciplines one day.
