Magnificent Life

"For the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other so that you do not do what you want." Galatians 5:17 Do you sometimes feel like you are at war with yourself? That your body and mind are constantly in conflict? According to Scripture, the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other so that you do not do what you want. (Galatians 5:17). Like oil and water, the flesh and the Spirit cannot mix. They are in opposition to each other, and this can be seen in how we humans often crave things contrary to God's will in our lives. Remember, the mind can be regarded as a battlefield where so many thoughts and ideas strive to win the battle. Whomever you eventually yield yourself to will be in control of your mind. If your mind can be controlled, then it is certain that your life can be controlled. The devil is much more interested in gaining control over our mind
